Getting myself to be visible online is tough

Arriving in the scene by 2020, there were already two quite known animal communicators here. I didn't decide to go public at first, because honestly, I'm afraid of people. Although I have great communication skills, I would always choose not to talk to people unless I have to.

My guides repeatedly told me to open my services for the general public, but I refused for quite sometime. They gave me a lot of other animals to practice on, and I was quite content with giving brief readings online through Facebook groups where communication readings were never scarce.

In early 2024, I started receiving guesting requests from Gabi ng Misteryo program, where, again people asked how to avail of my services. I still did not yield to the need, but in that mid-year, I had an astral dream where I was reprimanded by the elders because I was derailing the timeline and animals very much needed my help.

I sought help from my guides and found the name "Voiceless Whispers" where it depicted the forms of communication I receive from animals. The silent whispers that carry meaning, requests, complaints, emotions and messages of love that are too subtle to hear for the common listener.

There are no paid ads, no boosting, no special gimmicks to get myself noticed. I worked hard to deliver the messages that I wanted people to hear of. I wanted to bring forth what the animals wanted to say. And, to educate people that animals are sentient beings and do more for us than we think.

Working two jobs

And then, there's the factor of having two jobs. I consider myself an animal communicator first, and an IT professional next. Although this may be the case, I work in the tech industry for 5 days a week and allot time for animal communication for the remaining 2 days of the week.

At some point between 2024 and current time, I suffered some burnout from trying to make my current setup work. I had to pause animal communication services several times until I found a good heartbeat to follow. I work mid to night shift and still respond to inquiries myself as they come in.

Somehow, this was a big factor to why I didn't think I could offer my services as an animal communicator because I was wary of being branded crazy. Now, I won't bat an eye about it! 😄

Being an introvert--Pros & Cons

When I started, I wanted to limit my appearances on any video and just operate Voiceless Whispers on a headless setup. However, that quickly turned out because, how else would a social media operate on just voice overs and still shots?!

I found a working setup that was comfortable and maintainable for me. I chose to invest on some equipment that would help me with shooting videos. And because I need to maximize my availability, I also opted to invest in some software that's going to save me the effort of delivering good quality content every time.

For me, operating my services with its own website, Facebook page, booking platform and a good process for data gathering and payment meant I don't look like a scammer, nor a fly-by-night. Posting on my own website in my own self maintained server meant I was putting so much care and effort into the data that my clients bring to me when they ask for my services.

Being an introvert allows me to think of the different aspects of making sure Voiceless Whispers is a safe space for everyone where healing takes place and communication is established.

One woman effort

Ladies and gentlemen, I'm Maricris. I'm your resident techie where I setup servers, I buy my own domains: voicelesswhispers.org, setup Google Workspace, Setmore for booking platform, and forms for gathering data.

I'm also your content creator who finds ideas to post on Facebook every three days to keep you reminded that Voiceless Whispers exist for your pets. I spend some time on doom scrolling so that I know what's going on online in the animal kingdom where it intersects with cultural life and current issues. In the coming days, if and when I get some extra bandwidth, I will also be starting my podcast where it will be in Taglish and posted on the most popular platforms.

I'm also your receptionist and customer support if you need to ask about how animal communication works and how it can help you. So even when I have my website and my Facebook page, I'm still the same person who's going to respond to you--so I appreciate your patience when I reply a bit too slow because I still work from noon time to 10pm.

But the best of me is, and will always be that, I'm your friendly neighborhood animal communicator in Manila, Philippines. On top of my busy schedule, I was able to open more tiers of my animal communication services on some mornings of weekdays.

Service cost can almost never pay for the tools

I'm known to offer FREE animal communication sessions online. I just love to help--however, this has limits too. If you check other animal communicators, they charge almost twice as much as I do and never allowing people to offer reviews for their services. So, I apologize, FREE should also balance with the paid services. My energy, my time and my financial capacity are also finite. That's the reality of this world.

I would kindly ask you to be fair when you keep asking for free services, because, let's get real, nothing in this world is for free. You can follow my page when I do a free reading online, but this usually happens once every 3 months without a fixed certainty of schedule. Once you've received a free reading, you aren't eligible again until the next year.

One other way, is to tune in because I also give out discount vouchers from time to time, or a campaign.

Is it worth it?

Believe me, I thought about just stopping because there are so many challenges involved in this.

Sometimes, I sacrifice my free time to give way to readings; and usually, my free time is my lifeline because my work is toxic 😸

I watch my partner move around my schedule because when I have a reading, the doors are closed and only my cats can come in. My family and friends are also low in the priority list because when there's a reading, they know they will come second.

Honestly, when I got invited on PTV-4's Rise and Shine, I was a bit worried. I didn't want to lose my free time too. So, if you find my page and you want to help me, your follow, your likes and comments mean a lot to me. It makes me feel like I'm not doing a monologue 😆

To all the animals I've communicated with, I'm grateful for you, sharing your energy with me--to your fur parents, thank you for trusting me 🫶
