You are allowed to cancel at least 24 hours before your chosen schedule. You may notify us at voiceless.whispers@maricrisnonato.com should you wish to do so. Refunds/cancellation will no longer be accepted less than 24 hours of your chosen schedule.
As we also work in line with our defined Code of Ethics, if the animal refuses the healing that his/her guardian booked, we will have no option other than to refund/cancel your booking.
We do not honor refunds if the order has already started, or is already completed. If you have any further questions, please reach out to us at: voiceless.whispers@maricrisnonato.com.
